• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Returns

3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different color, subject to availability.
• To exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
• We will reserve the new item and provide instructions for the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Provide a photo of the damage/defect and your order number.
• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
